Hospitality and Dining
I provide consulting to food service and dining operations on infrastructure, ideation of new concepts and recipe development. My passion is mentoring women in business thus my continued service to WBE and its members. I am an active member of Les Dames d’Escoffier, a organization designed to promote women in food service careers through scholarships and mentoring. In addition, we grant funds to support field to table; nutrition education and feeding others.
